Parade Thornhill Village Festival Parade
Since the first Thornhill Festival was held in 1977, the Festival Parade has been an integral part of this annual community event. Every year many individuals, performers, schools and community groups come out to participate in the parade.
Parade Route
Map
The parade begins its route on Centre St. at the Thornhill Presbyterian Church were all participants are assembled. From there, the parade moves east along Centre St. towards Yonge St.
At Yonge St. the parade turns south and continues to Arnold Ave.


The parade takes approximately 1 hour to pass any given location.
Yonge St. is closed to regular traffic from 11:am to 1:30pm or until the parade has made its way off Yonge St.
