Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2008 Thornhill Village Festival.
This year's festival will take place on
Saturday, September 20, 2008, between 9:00am and 4:30pm.

Please follow the links below to register in the applicable area.

All information sent will be kept confidential between the Thornhill Village Festival Committee members.

Booth Location Map
Once your application has been approved and you have received your confirmation letter, you may use this map to find the location of your booth.

Each booth space has been assigned a unique code (Street name code + booth number)
e.g. Booth #22 on Centre St. would be identified as "CR 22".

Best Booth Award Criteria
Make your booth stand out in the crowd!

Booths are your store front, so display your products as creatively as you can. An attractive booth not only adds to the overall look of the Festival, but it will entice more customers to shop your booth with means more profits. Your company/group name must be displayed prominently on your booth.


Each year, two booths are selected to receive the Best Booth Award.
Winners receive FREE entry into the Festival for the following year!
Criteria:
  • Outstanding creativity in booth design, product layout and quality.
  • In conjunction with the above criteria, the wearing of FULL costume of a historical period (late 18th century to early 20th century). Head ware and accessories alone do not count.
A $10.00 voucher will be awarded to each booth where vendors are wearing period costume (late 18th to early 20th century). Help show the spirit of this heritage festival!
