Food Vendor Registration Thornhill Village Festival
  Food Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in participating as a Food Vendor in the 2010 Thornhill Village Festival.
This year's Festival will take place on Saturday, September 18, 2010, between 9:00am and 4:30pm.

Please follow the application process instructions found below.

The Thornhill Village Festival invites vendors of a variety of foods to participate in the Festival.

Facilities:
Booth spaces are 15 feet wide by 8 – 12 feet deep, depending on location.  Our festival is a one day, outdoor event and vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and weather protection.  This is a rain or shine event.  Parking and washroom facilities are provided within walking distance.  No on-street parking is permitted within the Festival area, including beside or behind your booth.

Mobile food carts are permitted but are designated to a specific area within the Festival boundaries.

Fees:
Our entrance fees for food vendors range from $50 for religious and non-profit organizations to $350 for larger units. When your application is reviewed and the size of your operation is determined, you will be notified of the specific amount of your fee.

Application:
Please complete the on-line Food Vendor Application Form which can be found below.  Alternatively, the application form can be printed, completed and mailed to me at the address below.  If you are using the mail, a self-addressed, stamped envelope must be included for us to use to confirm your application.

Food vendors must comply with the guidelines of the York Region Health Services Department and complete their Application for Special Events – Vendor Application form.  Both the guidelines and the application form are available below.  The York Region Health Services Vendor Application form should be sent to me when your fees are submitted.

Early in June, you will be contacted about whether your application has been approved.

Fees for approved vendors are due by July 15, 2010.  (No post-dated cheques please) Sites will be assigned on a first come, first assigned basis.  A confirmation will be e-mailed to you confirming your location when we receive your fee
