Vendors, Food and Crafts
Crafts and Street Events
From 9:00am to 4:30pm the streets of Historic Thornhill welcome visitors with over 150 craft booths, food vendors, demonstrators, and community group displays.
Parade
Parade
The Thornhill Festival Parade, filled with a variety of music, entertainment and local groups, begins at noon on Centre Street and makes its way south on Yonge St. to Arnold Ave. Yonge St, is closed to regular traffic from 11:30am to 1:30pm. [More info]

Softball games, Dog Olympics and a Juried Art Show are just a few of the new events to be found this year in Thornhill Park (Site 6) [More]
Food & Drink
Food
Partake of the tastes of the autum season at the many food and drink vendors around the Festival site, including the Lions Club Beer Garden & BBQ (Site 10), Holy Trinity Church Tea Room (Site 2), and St. Volodymyr's Ukraining Meals (Site 14).

Music
Music
A wide repertoir of music will be provided for your listening enjoyment may be found on the Showmobile (Site 9), the Barrel Music Stage (Site 5), Holy Trinity Church (Site 2), Colborne Street Stage (Site 13) and other locations.

Battle Re-enactments
At Elizabeth St. and Old Jane St. the King’s Royal Yorkers will recreate action Battle Re-enactments at 1:30 and 2:45 pm. Sights, sounds and smells of the past are right before you! [More info]

Victoria Ballet Academy
Victoria Ballet Academy
The Victoria Ballet Academy, which opened its new professional dance studios in Thornhill in June 2007, will offer tours all day and a free performance of classical ballet at 2:00pm. (Site 8) [More]
Old Timer's Reunion
Thornhill Old Timer's Reunion
Meet with friends and browse the many photographs of historic Thornhill and past Festivals on display. The event officially occurs at 2:00pm. Located beside the SPOHT booth.

Kids Towne, Petting Zoo and Pony Rides
Amusement Rides
Amusement rides for children and youths will be on site again this year. Visit the Kid's Towne & Petting Zoo (Site 3) near Holy Trinity Church on Brooke Street and Thorassic Park Teen Amusement Rides all day long. (Site 7)
St. Michael's Chapel tours
St. Michael's Chapel open house
Visit the historic St. Michael's Chapel, open all day for tours. Built in 1846, this church has been home to British Methodist and Thornhill Presbyterian Church congregations. After sitting vacant for many years, this local landmark has been restored by its current owners.
Open house: All day near (Site 6) access via Old Yonge St.
Pop Star Idol
Legends Show
To finish the day, come and hear impersonators of artists such as Gwen Stefani and Cher and Elvis at the Legends Show (Site 9) competition at the Showmobile. The show begins at 4:00pm. This event is happening in place of
Pop Star Idol.

The event program, included in your admission, will contain a map with event locations and times.
